ADP Implementation Specialist interview questions

I applied for the Implementation Specialist II position and within 2 days, I was contacted to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was very automated. There was no room for you to really say what you did in previous job and how got it done. The recruiter told me that it would take one to two weeks to know if I move on to the next process. Then, I got an email indicating that I need to take an assessment, which I did. After that, I kept getting emails that their system showed I had taken the assessment and was a process that had to be done. I would on the link and it said that their records indicate I did take the assessment. I was able to get into contact with someone in ADP and fixed it. However it’s be almost 8 weeks since then and I have not received any updates as to whether I am moving forward or not. I will never waist my time again with ADP. No regard for the people that apply.

I went through one phone screening, one face to face interview, and one over the phone interview. The screener was clearly from manila and would cut me off when responding to the situational questions she gave me. But the face to face and last interview went well and I had great vibes from. I also thought the recruiter was great as well.
