ADP Implementation Specialist interview questions

The process took 5+ weeks. 2 Phone interviews, an in-person interview with 2 people, and then a video interview. The phone interviews were relatively easy and just basic questions about myself and why I chose ADP. The in-person interviews were basic questions of "tell me a time when" and "how did you handle this situation". The video interview was very unprofessional. The interviewer, who was the director of the department, was 5 minutes late to the interview. He seemed disinterested from the start and throughout the interview proceeded to yawn and put his hand on his face like he wasn't interested in anything I had to say.

I applied on a Sunday morning and received an email that evening to schedule a phone interview for later in the week. The phone interview was basically going over my resume. It was very easy. About 30 minutes after my phone interview, I was emailed the communication assessment. 12 days after the phone interview, I was emailed to schedule a face to face one hour interview with one of the managers and implementation consultants. I had my interview with them the following afternoon. Meeting with them felt more like a natural conversation. They were so easy to talk to and I felt really comfortable. I asked when I should expect to hear something and was given the chance to meet with the Sr. Director right then! I spoke with him for about 30-45 minutes. The following day, I was contacted by the recruiter. We scheduled a follow up phone conversation. I was offered the job 3 days after my face to face interview. All in all, the interview process seemed to move very quickly for me.
