Interview

I applied through the ADP careers page. Heard back from a recruiter, did a phone interview (Candidate screening), did two online assessments, and then scheduled and went to the interview. The interview was great, very laid back, and comfortable. I am still waiting to hear back from the recruiter if I get an offer.

Interview

This was a standard, two person panel interview. They asked me the usual questions starting with "Tell me about yourself" and then the questions that started with "Tell me a time when_____" . They also wanted to test my presentation skills so they had me come in with three Powerpoint slides prepared.
