What type of experience in HR or benefits to you have

The first interview process was a phone interview that was 30 minutes. It was very straight forward. The interviewer asked about current work experience over the last year, and what HR practices I have used. She talked a bit about the new program and asked about desired salary. She then said the next step is an online assessment followed by a video interview in the coming week.
