I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
I had a reference when I applied so I received an interview quickly, however, when I was called by ADP the person interviewing me made it seem like he wasn’t an employee and that they had outsourced this interview. He started asking me questions that were already covered on the application and did not seem to be aware that I had a reference. It did not feel professional and he didn’t really even interview me. A few weeks passed and I never heard anything. I was already skeptical because this position was on their website earlier, taken down, and then put back up again when I applied so I’m not entirely sure if it’s a role that they are truly motivated to fill. I would not recommend applying here.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP in Sep 2023
Interview
The interview felt like a tennis match, one interviewer was in the room with me and the other person was virtual on a big screen tv, and they were sitting on opposite sides of me. I was constantly having to look left and then right and then back to the left. It was a little distracting. But on the other hand if they had both been on the same side of the room, maybe it would have felt like 2 against 1, who knows. All about perspective I guess, but it did feel off.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me way more than one thing. This is a weird question.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (El Paso, TX) in Aug 2023
Interview
1st interview - phone screening with only a couple interview questions. 2nd interview - in person with managers. About an hour with STAR style questions. 3rd - video interview with director. They were 25 minutes late to our 30 min interview and asked very similar questions to the previous interview.
