I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Tempe, AZ) in Jan 2025
Interview
Absolutely terrible! I once had the opinion ADP was the gold standard in HCM software and ethical hiring practices. I previously worked for ADP for 14 yrs. I was interested in relocating to Tempe, but my current address was in another state. They would not even consider me until one of my former managers asked them to consider me for employment. The same day I received an email stating I needed to complete a pre-recorded video interview with 2 days. I happened to receive on December 31st and due Jan 2nd. The questions were absolutely ridiculous. I submitted the recordings on the 2nd and received an email on 1/6 to complete a grammar assessment. Completed same day. I am a college graduate and one of my favorite subjects was English and grammar. I passed. On 1/10 informed I was not selected with only the reason they chose others. None of thec5 interview questions were what one expect...nothing about "Tell me about yourself" or "tell me a time when you...". There were no behavior questions. Complete waste of time.

Interview
This was part of an indeed event so there were multiple interviews. The interviews were a mixed of phone and video. The interviews lasted about 30-45 minutes and they were prompt. All staff who interviewed were very friendly. I didn’t have any issues during the interview process.
