ADP Analyst interview questions

3 rounds of interview. Screening done to check if candidate is suitable for the job. Discussion with HR_Whether candidate is suitable to the work Profile, whether the candidate has the relevant experience, whether the candidate is ok with the company policies & Operations round_Operations Manager reviews the candidate to see if he is the right choice for the specific process and has the calibre to work and perform within the team.

Phone HR screening, then Phone tech interview with 4 managers. They discussed my resume in depth and asked about some of the skills listed on my resume. Nothing too difficult, but anything you put on your resume is fair game to be asked about.
