ADP Analyst interview questions

There were three rounds of interview: 1. Written Test - A written test took place on ADP Pariksha. It comprised of questions testing aptitude basic programming. 2. Technical Interview - On clearing the written test, candidate will be called for technical interview. Questions were mostly from SQL and analytical thinking. 3. Managerial Round - On clearing the Technical interview, the managerial round takes place where there are a possibility of mix of questions from SQL, Microsoft Office(especially Excel), and personal questions.

Group Discussion round was good. Pi round was tough and one has to be prepared enough for this round. The PI was about for 30mins and they will definitely give you situation based questions.
