I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP (Irvine, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter through Linkedin regarding the Account executive position at ADP. I Applied for it online and after they reviewed my resume, the recruiter set up a phone interview with me. We chatted briefly about myself and whether or not I was a good fit for the job. The recruiter was very nice and straight to the point. She broke down what the job entailed and basically what they do at ADP. I got along with her quite well. She then proceeded to set up a face-to-face interview at the ADP office with the VP of sales the following week. I got there nice and early and I had a good feeling about the interview beforehand. I was also a little nervous to be honest, seeing that this was my first real post college job interview. During the interview, the interviewer seemed rather dry and uninterested. The interview started with him asking me to ask him questions about the job which threw me off a little bit, as I wasn't expecting that until the end of the interview. He then asked me a few questions regarding my education and previous experience in sales. It felt as if he had already interviewed a ton of candidates before me and he just wanted to finish up with me as soon as possible. I didn't feel that I was given enough time during the interview. Although I must admit I would've answered some of the questions differently if I could do it over (as they say hindsight 20/20). It definitely was a great learning experience for me. Needless to say, I did not hear back from them after the interview.

Question 1
Why should we choose you over the other candidates?
Had an interview with seven people from different teams. Went through a role-play sales call. Offered to come back and do a job shadow as well. That gave a really good idea of how days are spent and what type of role it was. It felt like it was a laid back atmosphere and a fairly average interview overall.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (New Orleans, LA) in May 2015
Interview
The hiring and interview process is relatively long. First, you will get a call from the recruiter asking you basic questions. Then you meet with the person who oversees the sales team. If you move further, you then meet with another top level employee. Lastly, the recruiter will then call or email you saying that they want to hire you.
