I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Fort Wayne, IN) in Aug 2015
Interview
There were many steps within the ADP interview process, with the first being speaking to a recruiter. If the recruiter feels you possess the skills and qualities to be a potential fit, you will be scheduled an in person interview with the hiring manager. From my personal experience, the hiring manager (and manager over that branch) was thorough but also extremely polite and respectful, not at all attempting to cause me to "slip up" in any way, rather just wanting to find out more about my background and why I was interested to work at ADP. After this, there is a role play section that is a bit challenging as you have to prepare in the moment, but a good test for potential hires. Overall the interview process was extremely thorough but showed the company did their homework in who they hired.

Question 1
Why do you think you'd be a good fit at ADP and work well in a selling role?
Recruiter reached out to me on a Tuesday saying she wanted to set me up for an interview. She sent a link for me to select my availability. I selected a time on that Thursday (a mere 2 days later). The recruiter emailed back and asked if I could interview any sooner than that because they were trying to fill the job immediately. When I told her Thursday was the first availability I had, I never heard from her again. I even followed up on that Thursday asking if the job had been filled or if I should expect a call at our originally scheduled time. I never heard back from her
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ADP (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2016
Interview
The initial interview started out over the phone. They ask basic questions about your resume and why you would want to begin a career in ADP. Then, I went in for a face-to-face with the sales manager and he wasn't the nicest person to say the least. It honestly seemed like he didn't want to be in the room with me from the moment I walked in the door. He didn't seem interested in anything I had to say. I didn't hear back about the interview until 4 days later instead of the next business day like he said. And event then, it was a generated response.
