"A lot of vacation time. 18 days to start (144 hours), going up to 30 days (240 hours) at 15 years. I think 18 days to start is crazy. Who expects over 3 weeks off from their job in the first year? "

"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

The medical insurance premiums are high. Unsure if they still offer pension plan to new hires.

401K pays 3% rather you contribute or not. Though vacation is accrued, it accrues at a rate of 2.77 so you can get to to 144 hours of paid time off your first year

Great perks and vacation time, but you have to fight to get the time off , or you'll loose it, no roll over, or pay outs. I was ill and my supervisor wouldn't let me go to the Dr, my Dr wrote and faxed my boss a letter telling her that. Labcorp can get sued.. Labcorp paints a pretty picture, and you can't call in sick.....God forbid if a family member dies.

Descent premium coverage however there are a lot of stipulations to get them to pay it...1-you have to be a non-smoker 2-you have to completely a yearly physical 3-you have to have a BMI within "normal" range

The benefits are great. Of course some supervisors (Evansville) have used that to hang over people's heads as a threat, basically. Still grew benefits.

No longer have employee stock option. Not sure how benefits will change with recent LabCorp merger
