"A lot of vacation time. 18 days to start (144 hours), going up to 30 days (240 hours) at 15 years. I think 18 days to start is crazy. Who expects over 3 weeks off from their job in the first year? "

"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

Good 401K, excellent Stock purchase benefits, Health insurance is a little high and you have to go for an annual blood draw to get a discount.

The health benefits are pretty decent compared to some of my peers. The 401k match and stock options are good. They are pretty generous with the paid time off, but no sick time or extra holidays. Work from home options only exist for certain positions. No (more) bonuses or special things for holidays. Only maternity leave, not paternity leave. Must use Paid Time off first, then disability. FMLA keeps your position, but doesn't pay.

Health benefits are not the best in the industry, but definitely affordable and widely accepted. 401K contribution is a bit low, but they do offer a contribution, which is something to be thankful for.

They do contribute 3% to your 401k whether you contribute or not. There are a lot of discounts available with several well known companies. Employees and their families get 100% of lab testing done for no charge. Walking in the door, you get 144 hrs of vacation time per year.

Great health benefits for a reasonable price. Decent 401k plan. Performance bonuses at year-end review.

I don't believe the benefits for this company are bad at all. Perhaps life insurance to be added but you can absolute get that on your own through the same carrier.

Reasonable compensation and bonus plans, typical large company retirement plans, ever increasing health care costs passed onto employees

Best is generous PTO and flexible work schedule with work from home options.
Worst is Dental Coverage and not enough holidays like no President's Day and no MLK Day.
