"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

Labcorp has a lot of benefits if you choose to take advantage of them all. You start out with 3.6 weeks of vacation time which starts accruing your first week. The downer of working at the RTP location is that they are open 24/7, even during holidays and snow storms. Health insurance is pricey, but you get options of being able to reduce the cost by being a non-smoker, lowering your BMI, etc.
