Overall North America insurance rates are too high. Often times employees don't sign up cause they can't afford it with the amount they are paid hourly.

Offers competitive benefits and more than adequate paid time off each year.

Health care plans are average and priced a little high. Time off is good.

The only thing about the benefits that I do not like is the 2 days unpaid time off per quarter. I think that is very unfair to employees. Of course, that is what PTO is for, but for people who don't have that much time built up, it's hard to travel to visit family, especially when your family is across the country.

Misleading benefits offers. Even if you are considered “full time” you will need to work minimum amount of hours over long periods before eligibility. Those hours are not guaranteed.

The best think is the 401k

The plan costs are high, though there are 3 choices for providers with multiple teirs.

For a work from home job this company has amazing benefits!

Best thing is that you get a lot of PTO, worst thing is that only upper management can work from home. No sick days either, just PTO.
