We’ve gone from one user, to over 20 million customers. We grew from a few employees in London, to the dream team of more than 5,000 Revoluters scattered all over the world. For our 7th birthday we invite you for a short trip - starting in London via Australia, Poland, Portugal and many more countries, ending up in Mexico! We’ve asked seven Revoluters who joined us from 2015 to 2022 about their memories, experience and story at Revolut and how we’ve changed over the years ✨

Why is it so important for organisations to support LGBTQ+ communities? How can you make your employees welcome and included? #Pride month is almost over but we can’t stop our efforts to make everyone around the globe equal and proud about who they are. The work is far from done to make the world a happy place for every individual. #PrideMonth is just the right time to tell you what we’ve done so far this year to make sure all our employees feel supported. Here are three things we’ve been doing: 🌈In January this year we began to collect voluntary diversity data from Revoluters. And it’s given us a lot of insights on how to get even better at making Revolut more LGBTQ+ inclusive 🌈In March we started a mentoring programme to support Revoluters from diverse backgrounds 🌈In May our Executive Committee took part in a D&I training to make diversity and inclusion at Revolut bloom even more! We also appointed a D&I Specialist who’s been supporting the design and delivery of our D&I Framework. Get to know James and his perspective on D&I at Revolut in our “Think deeper” interview.
