Everis has an amazing work environment. My coworkers and I all got together very well, and my manager was easy to talk to. The communication level around the office was great, and everyone was easy to schedule time with for any concerns.
Everis will work with you to make sure that your career aspirations are met, and if you are in a position where you do not believe you are excelling, they will place you into something you are more interested in at your request.
Everis also offers a wide range of training resources for free, which were a great help during my employment.
Cons
Everis does start its salary at a lower than market standard, and the annual review process takes ages.
