Pros
Everis has lots of pros: - Young and active atmosphere - Lots of people with different backgrounds and experiences - Possibility to attend to courses during office hours - Flexible schedule (of course it depends on the project you are at, but as long as you do your weekly hours, you can arrive/leave at the time you want) - Telework - Juniors get their salary reviewed every 6 months (not juniors: every year) - Possibility to get relocated to other office if you fit the requirements of the desired position (London is one of the most popular destinations) - The HR department is very attentive and reachable - Private medical insurance
Cons
And also, It has cons: - Low salary - It is common to find employees who don't have work to do that are just looking for something to distract themselves. This situation happens to everyone from time to time, the thing is that in Everis it can be extended to months (which is one of the reasons why people leave) - The corporate stuff (too much, too forced) - Everything is in Spanish and the English level isn't high enough to feel comfortable as a foreigner - Yes, many people is hired weekly and added to actual projects... But they aren't well-trained and usually no one has time for them. Most of the leaders and members of a team don't prioritize in the training of a new person since they don't have time for that because of the amount of work and pressure they have on their shoulders. This leads to a more stressful situation for everyone, including the managers. While some members of a team get bored counting the hours left to leave, others have to work overtime. - Not all the managers are committed to their teams (or their clients). If you are lucky, you'll work with incredible people who will inspire you and make you work harder. Unfortunately, although these people exist (everyone knows them and wants to work with them), they aren't the majority and you may have to work with someone else (in that case I recommend you to ALWAYS be frank and to NEVER accept an unfair decision, complain to HR if necessary)
