It's a nice company to acquire experience if don't have it yet. At the beginning salaries are low but every 6 month there is a salary revision.

Cons

I don't recommend to make a career in everis, at least in my experience, because technological you will not be able to became an specialist or even stand out so you will be trapped in the company because you will not be valuable for others
