      Pros

      Good work opportunities (depending on the Business Unit and the clients), decent salary, good atmosphere and work environment.

      Cons

      Like any other big consulting companies it can be long to evolve and the opportunities really depend on the projects. It is difficult to plan a long term career plan as you do not have the final word on which project you will end up in.
