      Great time to be at the firm. US operations is at the start up phase, it is like working with a startup that has the support of a global organization. For employees with the firm now and those joining it is a great opportunity for career growth.

      Cons

      If you are afraid of long hours and hard work it takes to work at a start up, this is probably not for you.

      Every employee owns everis (in the form of stock). Unlimitted Vacation - take it when you need it - and even Senior Management truly "shut off" when on holiday. Great Benefits - 10% match on 401K - 100% paid health, dental, vision $250 work life balance pay - for child care, or gym membership (per month!) Growing company - chance to come in early Possibility to travel abroad Change in projects means your job can change - stays interesting Company really "cares" about its employees wellbeing
