      Pros

      its a great company to learn from start, push yourself and improve yourself. Lots of great opportunities and projects where you can learn several technologies. They give you the opportunity to make a career in the company and have more responsabilities. The people inside and the culture of them are awesome because everyone wants to help each other all the time. Usually the teams are multicultural so you can learn a lot from everyone.

      Cons

      The overtime it's awful and it's not paid. Mostly the projects are on fire and you have to work late or work in 2 projects at the same time. the managers dont listen to the development teams and just look to sell more project even if they dont fit with the time.
