      Focus on providing the cheapest product with no eye on time and scope, keeping very high margins and underpaying its employees. Works with many interns to pay as less as possible and quality of delivered work is low. Many layers of management, using the model of a reverse pyramid, one analyst working and 3 managers overseeing.
