      Pros

      They are able to pay some of the highest salaries across big IT companies in Peru, if you are able to convince your interviewer. Holds talented individuals, wich will most likely contribute to your overall knowledge and growth as a professional Good HR department, fast and punctual. Good projects and big clients

      Cons

      In my experience most leaders were unexperienced, wich translated into delays, awful planning, constant change of requirements, and having to work unpaid extra time for over a month including weekends (death marchs are rampant) Architects and leaders are used to not put too much effort into their work and exploit their employees. Utilities amount for a total of around 20% of a months salary You will have to put up with the attitude of big egos
