Pros
-Benefits are simply unmatched anywhere I've been. -Amazing sense of community.. everyone treats you like family (it's almost annoying). -Hard work is rewarded and I never felt like I had a ceiling on how much I could grow, or how much I could help others grow. -Managers and HR always make themselves available, they listen and provide support.
Cons
Performance evaluation tools are tedious, but you only use them a few times a year. I dunno.. Office 365 is in Spanish... for god's sake, bold should be ctrl+B, not ctrl+N!!!!
