Pros
Benefits like launch charged to the company, bonus and good salaries.
Cons
Long working hours, culture is horrible, nobody is willing to help you, everybody is competing with each other, everything is very burocratic and not easy to change. You have to choose between your family and this work, there is no work/ live balance. Very difficult to growth even if they convince you otherwise.
