Cons

The company gives you the feeling that you work in Spain instead of London. Very poor management, consisted of Spanish execs only, without development plan for its employees and support/promotion only to a closed group, obviously Spanish. Not appreciation about the effort employees make, apart from the privileged group, discouraging you to develop and grow

Lies Unpaid overtime as a norm (5 h a week on average) Pressure to work on weekends Opaque salary scheme Commercial tasks getting in the way of technical ones Selling weapons to Saudi Arabia Lack of technical roles after first 2 years

Best company I have ever worked for. Best company values and a true collaborative approach to business ( at every level). Innovation and adopting latest technology approaches is an important part of what the company does.

Cons

Not the best payers, however most people stay there for a long time as most of the time people have good work, life balance.
