      - Friendly environment, nice colleagues

      Cons

      Stay far from this company: - Full of Spanish people (more than 80% in London); the main language in Spanish! - No space for ambitious people and career growth: They stop your career if you are not Spanish - Working with mainly Spanish clients: easy to end up working in a Spanish environment. - Poor Management: no career path, managers and directors support only a very restrict group of people. If you are part of this group .. great.. otherwise better to leave! - Low salaries: no flexibility no premium no job satisfaction

      Pros

      I think the rating should be around 1.5. Since Glassdoor does not allow half ratings, I guess its a 2 to be fair. Benefits are OK. Depends on which project you are placed on, people on larger projects are generally great people to work with.

      Everything that is not listed in the 'Pros' section. Just to name a few: - Management Quality - Salary - HR - Culture - Winning contracts - Bonus structure - Hiring Process - Career growth/potential Absolutely avoid if you have other options!

      Pros

      supportive environment. When projects get hard everyone is helpful and kind. There is a lot of trust in the team and there is nobody I don't like.

      Cons

      Management can be a bit dysfunctional and things get heard through the grapevine before they are announced. Office can be a bit loud.
