- a lot of discussions in the company. Despite being a straight consequence of strategy faults (see below), sometimes interesting - up to date, relatively stabile company - should get changed in the nearest future - too similar to Dilbert universe - predictable

Cons

- totaly German-centric - totally opprtunistic, in fact, no strategy at all, thus too much difficult to work proactively - practically, prohibited promotion for local staff - only some opportunities for HQ people - too similar to Dilbert universe - totally surrealistic

No opportunity for advancement if you are not well liked Most of the good jobs are given to GERMANS. If you are not GERMAN, there is no opportunity to get top jobs or advancement for International jobs. It is either German way or NO Way!
