      S'pore operation is losing more competent managers

      Work performance is valued and appreciated if you work under good and competent managers

      Cons

      Unfortunately, such managers are leaving the company one by one due to toxic people from higher management. Some employees are promoted to management position not because they are competent and hardworking but because they are "good friends" with the toxic people from the higher management. The employee turnovers of few support function departmens also remain high until today due to toxic head of department. It's difficult to sustain Spore operation in the long run if the company is not able to send the toxic people away

      Messy and no structure in their system

      Helpful colleagues, promotion opportunity and reasonable workloads

      Cons

      Too many management using their mouth only, no system and micro management when those management did not even follow.

      Everybody is quite new and it’s easier to out perform. Everyone is a fresh grad. Anyone can become a management

      The boss is useless. management gets all the benefit. If you are in management level or can speak chinese u have the upper hand. Racist boss
