Plenty of autonomy in position, traveled region as needed to work with customers and with sales reps, etc. Worked from home office. Plenty of administration support from staff at the Lighting Center (hdqrts in Danvers, MA)

micro management with regards to sales numbers, expenses. Too many time wasting internal meetings

Salary growth is not good, take care of politics behind your back, all the top HoD are old timers working since long which is a bad sign as everyone wants to save his chair.
