      Use to be a great company where employee are empowered to make a difference and everyone work together for a common goal.

      Cons

      Reason to come here: 1) Bored in current job and want challenge of your life. 2) Unemployed. 3) Need a career jump. 4) Just have nothing else to do anymore.

      China Management in Singapore

      Pros

      Good pay and great benefits .The worst company ever work before! Machine are too close each other, work place very warm and sweaty like hell! Too many China worker and too crowed in clean room. Everyday clock in and out have to queue super long like Malaysia Custom and every day got people fighting during clock out. Throw all the hair net and gloves every where in changing room, toilet very dirty,canteen after food no clean up, very unhygienic! Company Always happen Racism, China worker said: “You all Singaporean are useless! That why company employ us from China!” Never see such company so dirty , no system and no standard!

      Revolving door with no direction.

      A job with no real direction.

      Cons

      Poor management and lack of training created a continuous revolving door of employees. No actual direction by AMS nor Electrolux Field Operation Managers. What a waste of time and effort. Run , don't waste any time.
