      Far from being the worst employer, but with room for improvement

      - Multicultural environment - Worldwide job possibilities - Possibility of career growth - Ambitious company vision and goals

      Cons

      - Still needs to do an overall process and tools update that can keep up with the company's growth - Is going through a big organisational restructuring due to a recent acquisition which will require many changes across the board.

      Lack of career growth opportunity

      -Work-life balance (depends on department). -Flexible working hours (depends on manager). -Company benefits (medical, dental, vision etc). -Company stability.

      Cons

      -Lack of career growth opportunities. Management promoted those they liked not those with good performance. -Unequal opportunities between Germans and local Asians. -Office politics. -Performance KPI served no purpose. No action taken on those with poor performance, ended up those with good performance did more tasks to cover.

      A Company with a backward management
