      Efforts are recognised. Received good increment year after year. Decent bonus. It is always about the work but never anout the individual when it comes to incident reporting which is how things should be

      Cons

      ams is very very weak in the M&A process and in the years of acquisition driven growth, it has never spend time and effort to focus on consolidation sustaining the business that it inherited from the acquisition. OSS died in just 2 product cycles after Heptagon was acquired.
