Hr does not care about your problems if you try to aproach hr for your problems you will be sacked as hr doesnt like to be troubled not growth or any new learning young people are not been treated well. No professional behaviour people talk over each other and talk all personal matters

Poor leadership observed in C suite and managerial level. Incapable managers are able to keep their job for many years. Lack of platform to progress if you’re not part of the regional team.
