      WhatsApp group Birthday greetings, Birthday celebrations, free coffee, free test kits, mobile subscription covered

      Cons

      Please stop the tradition of having junior employees to must text senior leadership happy birthday/ happy anniversary, these are rather personal and should be optional. Management practices favoritism when comes to task assignment. There is no skip level meeting if an employee being treated unfairly.

      The culture I found to be toxic and particularly excluding. Locally, management seem to be confusing culture with D&I, and when I raised concerns about the culture, my issues would be dismissed and then I would find myself excluded. From systems, to processes to people, they are set in their ways and unsupportive to anyone who questions anything about their ways.
