      Great people, messy organization

      Pros

      ZFS Corporate Center nicely located near the old city right by the lake. Well equipped gym and spa available for free. Great cantine. Generally nice and well educated people. People working hard and long hours, doing their best to compensate for the organizational imaturity in certain areas. Good compensation.

      Cons

      Partially messy processes, outdated and unreliable IT and a vast "management by escalation" culture.

      Pros

      The greatest boss, great benefits, all the training you need, field position with fleet car, ability to make and set own appointments and schedules, additional training encouraged and supported, yearly meeting with all auditors nationwide, excellent resources, help available 24/7.

      Cons

      Not any. Some said the workload was too much but for me it was good.

      Very political environment, slow processes, is not about customer it is all about playing political games and wasting resources.
