      Pros

      It's a big company, with a great training program and a good working environment. It's customer focused and there are great opportunities worldwide.

      Cons

      Current market conditions lead to salary reductions, and Zurich takes advantage of this to pay less. Some managers are unexperienced and have low technical skills.

      Global brand reputation, nice colleagues. Not a lot to share on pro side.

      Cons

      Too many to list but mostly petty micromanaging company of control freaks. Lower pay than market. Poor bonus potential if you can call it that & no room to advance. Management are incompetent cowards.

      Pay can be reasonable if negotiated well and early Ability to quickly change roles and expand experience in new functional areas Work life/balance is good

      Cons

      No annual cost of living pay rises - bonus is everything All about politics and who you know. No structured career path, HR very weak Hard to get anything changed, senior management are totally risk averse and ultra conservative - status quo rules
