Nice employees (in general) People are helpful and friendly usually Good salaries Benefits are not bad Diverse nationalities Nice mix of ages and backgrounds

Cons

Too much politics Too many banker types Speaking your mind can be dangerous People sometimes step on each other Management unable to take criticism at times Not an obviously meritocratic organisation Grading system and salaries are a total mystery Little opportunity to develop unless you do it yourself Leadership vacuum No clear job security in recent years Bonus culture is corrosive Not a relaxed environment at all

Cons

Compensation & benefits below market average. Very slow and unresponsive HR practices. Bonuses are much lower than expected Overemphasis on sales at month end leading to top down pressure and long working hours
