      Excellent work-life balance, fair salary, good to excellent work conditions and a principled employer (equal opportuniity)

      Cons

      Highly political, the beat jobs are given away without even internally being advertised (the old boys network still exists to some extent), management does mot inspire confidence

      Some flexibility in hours worked. Can work from home on occasion. Benefits and company matched pension.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for movement. Everyone is micro-managed. New motorized desks and "class-room style" seating.
