      Pros

      Good teamwork, good communications, clear strategy and the company execute against that strategy. A very good company to work for, takes care of it's staff.

      Cons

      Sometimes the matrix management environment can lead to bureaucracy and prolonged decision making.

      Strong global project management community.They are very professional and great folks in all units. Centre can be over controlling and ivory tower unfortunately.

      Cons

      Cuts and near shoring are undermining experienced community knowledge. New Exec will mean yet more changes to DNA. Centre can be over controlling and ivory tower unfortunately.
