      Good salary . Good benefit in term of car park elaun for senior management, work from home, lot of holiday, 3 month maternity leave etc.

      A lot of red tape to get a decision getting approved.

      Like every company, Zurich provides good benefits for its employees and exposes every individual to different training s and practices for a well rounded environment

      Due to its dynamic organization having various nationalities, it takes a bit of time for everybody to get to know each others differences.
