      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, career goals, bonus, medical insurance, dental and vision. Paid training and certifications, also the chance of traveling.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy makes simple things very hard. Got promoted from Jr analyst to team lead and because they couldn't *jump* positions I had to be promoted every 6 months, I left without being paid for my real position.

      The biggest pro is that you know what's coming. And everyone knows the future is bleak and so is moral.

      Cons

      8K people about to be fired, no direction, no focus. If you are not Swiss your future is minimized

      Pros

      Get to set my own schedule and manage my own tasks. They do not manage your every second like some companies do. The benefits are amazing!!

      Cons

      Department is a little slow paced. The claims system they use is older and does not do everything that it should. This makes the claims process slower.
