Inexperienced line management recruiting new hires Be expected to have your role put at risk on a regular basis, particularly middle to senior management, leading to poor employee morale Cost cutting has led to dirty offices and facilities

Company very resistant to change Poor leadership particularly with state manager in shaping the culture. No team work across claims teams and yet state manager does nothing about it. However I do not blame only these immediate management. Problem is Zurich does not invest in leadership training hence managers are rather sub par. Senior leader does not seem to encourage opportunities for growth too, but no communications around it.
