      Fairly relaxed culture Flat(ish) corporate hierarchy

      Cons

      Metrics and KPI’s are put in place which are unreasonable and inflexible simply to report up the company line, without individual consideration. Salaries are not consistent with the market, not much loyalty. Lots of advertisement about flexible working but only up to Managers Discretion and not available for some teams.
