      Great in-role Development

      Pros

      The people, the executive leadership, the 'family' culture. Zurich provided me with a lot of 'in-role' development opportunities, but then the career growth opportunities were limited. There are some fabulous Executive Leaders who truly take their leadership responsibilities seriously.

      Cons

      The GI business has been in tough place, and due to ongoing cost cutting and restructuring there has been a culture of instability and low trust.

      Pros

      Good working environment to be in and the pay is pretty good. There's plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Location, food and people are all great

      Cons

      Recent leadership changes has left the business in bit of a morale decline with an increased number of staff turnover, particularly in upper management. There seems to be a disconnect between SLT and operational staff.
