      Great people Nice work environment loads of opportunity to get involved Strong Philanthropy focus

      Cons

      Progression is slow - No real clear paths Little or no global talent sharing Compensation progression is slow. You are not rewarded for years of service. The business has been very unstable over the last number of years.

      Pros

      Nice people, respectful environment (mostly), job satisfaction if you have the right line manager, good benefits package, minimal micro-management (dependent on line manager) and good recognition (again, dependent on line manager)

      Cons

      Significant 'office politics'/in-fighting, no clear strategy, very limited investment in infrastructure, projects are always late/postponed and working at skeleton staff levels 100% of the time (moreso recently following large-scale redundancy program)
