      The culture and flexibility of the company makes it a good for a less stressful workplace in general, opportunities for advancement also exist though maybe more scarce in other divisions

      Compensation has always been a problem in all levels of the business, easiest way to get a signiifcant pay rise is to leave the company and come back,
