Unhealthy culture Not many company activities No teamwork and no exchange of ideas between teammates in the same department Not a young and energetic team Too many foreign vendors who are lack of experience and knowledge to give advice Coworkers are emotional, not helpful and not professional Managers are egotistical and shows no leadership or management skills
