      Pros

      Great people working at Zurich, so helpful and friendly. New office looks great. Never under stress or pressure to perform, but always being supported

      Cons

      Old systems and processes and nothing ever happens that's too exciting. Dragging their heels on wfh - saying "we are working on it" every 2 weeks doesn't cut it!

      great benefits (pay, 3rd pillar, support around COVID...), flexible and open to employees choosing how to perform their responsibilities and bringing in new ideas on how to do business

      Cons

      slow moving decision-making and implementation processes; for larger more visible projects and programs, multiple stakeholders need to be "pleased" with the danger of the original intent getting watered down
