stable, opportunities to move to other jobs inside company
Cons
outdated it technologies, shifting to other job will take you to work at the old one and new position at the same time for a few months with same salary. working after hours, too much per 1 fte, you raise the question, everyone agrees that it's not ok, but the upload does not go. People work on the edge of their physical abilities, it's not sustainable at all. And they proclaim some values that they do not follow- like insuring Nestle, a company that deprives communities of spring water to sell it in plastic bottles.
